The home is at all times staffed with the minimum of staffing levels required by law to ensure that residents can be cared for to the highest standards and to assist in enabling staff to promote the quality of the residents' life. On occassion this may also require the use of bank or agency staff. We place a strong emphasis on staff training and qualifications, and ensure our staff are available 24hrs a day.
miss rani siambi - proprietor
Rani has a long standing association with Elton Lodge, since the home was previously owned by her mother who passed away in Feb 2003. Afterwhich Rani became the registered person responsible for the home, acting on behalf of Elton Lodge Ltd along with her brothers and sisters. Rani is committed to providing a happy, comfortable home for the residents and has also worked in the home as a care assistant and activities co-ordinator.
